What content do I need to provide?

You'll need to supply:

  • Finalized Text (Copy): For every page of your website.
  • High-Quality Photos: Around 5-10 relevant images (landscape orientation is often preferred).

We make collection easy! After purchase, you'll receive clear instructions and links, typically to a shared Google Drive folder for assets and a Google Form or Docs for your text content.

Content Readiness by Package:

  • Launch Fast: Requires all final copy and assets submitted before the scheduled build day. Your preparation is key to the one-day turnaround!
  • Grow Smarter: You can provide a rough draft for the homepage copy (we'll refine it together), but final copy is needed for all other pages.
  • Scale Strategically: Content requirements often develop collaboratively as part of the strategic process.

Crucially: Providing content promptly ensures your project stays on schedule.

What if I don’t have good images?

Start by providing the images you do have (landscape format usually works best).

If they aren't suitable, or if you don't have enough, don't worry! We can assist in sourcing high-quality, professional stock photos that effectively represent your brand and message.

Can I edit my site after launch?

Yes, absolutely! This is a major advantage of using Squarespace.

You will receive full ownership and administrative access to your website upon completion.

We also provide a personalized video walkthrough demonstrating how to easily update common elements like text, images, and blog posts yourself. This empowers you to make basic changes without needing ongoing technical support.

Who owns the website when it's done?

You do, 100%.

Once the project is complete and final payment has been made, full ownership and administrative access to the Squarespace website are transferred entirely to you.

How do revisions work?

Each package includes a specific window for minor refinements:

  • Launch Fast: One round of minor edits within 48 hours after we deliver the site.
  • Grow Smarter: One round of minor edits within 30 days after delivery.
  • Scale Strategically: Feedback and adjustments are handled iteratively as part of the ongoing consulting during the month-long engagement.

What's considered a "minor refinement"?

  • Small text corrections or changes.
  • Swapping out an image.
  • Minor spacing or alignment adjustments.

What's typically *not* included in the standard refinement round?

  • Major design changes or layout overhauls.
  • Adding new sections or pages not in the original scope.
  • Integrating complex third-party features.
  • Significant changes in strategy or direction after initial agreement.

If you require revisions beyond the scope of the included round, we will always discuss this clearly with you first and provide a separate quote for any additional time or cost involved.

We specialize in Squarespace because it perfectly supports our Good, Fast, and Cheap (Value-Driven!) approach:

Platform Costs (You pay directly to Squarespace/domain registrar):

  • Squarespace Subscription: Plans vary based on features. Most service businesses use the "Business" plan. Check Squarespace.com for current, precise pricing.
  • Domain Name: Typically an annual registration fee. Squarespace often includes one free domain for the first year with an annual subscription plan.

What’s not included in these packages?

Our packages are focused on delivering a strategic website efficiently. They generally do not include:

  • Costs for website hosting, domain registration, or Squarespace subscription fees (paid directly to providers).
  • Ongoing digital marketing services like SEO campaigns, content creation, or ad management.

  • Long-term website maintenance retainers (these are available as separate, optional services).
What if I delay content or feedback?

If there are significant delays in providing necessary content, assets, or feedback, it can affect the project's schedule and potentially the final scope achievable within the booked time. As outlined in our Terms of Service, potential outcomes include:

  • Proceeding with the project based only on the information and assets we currently have.
  • Rescheduling the project completion based on our next available opening (this may involve rescheduling fees).
  • Concluding the project based on the professional time already invested.

How quickly do you respond to messages?

We prioritize focused work time, utilizing an asynchronous communication model (primarily email and shared project documents).

Our standard practice is to respond to all client messages within 24-48 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Do you use AI tools?

Yes, we do. We responsibly use Artificial Intelligence tools (like ChatGPT and others) as assistants to enhance our workflow.

This helps us with tasks like brainstorming, refining content ideas, analyzing information, and improving overall efficiency – contributing to our ability to deliver Good, Fast, and Cheap (Value-Driven) services.

How does payment work? Is it refundable?

Payment Process: Full payment is required upfront when you book a package through our website's secure checkout. This confirms your project and reserves your spot in our schedule.

Refund Policy: All payments are final and strictly non-refundable. When you purchase a package, you are securing our dedicated professional time, focus, and resources for your project, often meaning we turn away other potential work. This policy is detailed in our Terms of Service and ensures we can fully commit to our booked clients.

How do I get started? How do we communicate?

Getting started is easy:

  1. Select & Purchase: Choose the package that best fits your needs and complete the secure payment process on our website.
  2. Confirmation: You'll immediately receive an email confirming your purchase and payment receipt.
  3. Kickoff Email: Within one business day, you'll get a detailed kickoff email outlining the next steps. This will include instructions and links for submitting your content (usually via Google Drive, Forms, or Docs).

Communication Method:

We primarily communicate asynchronously using:

  • Shared Documents: For content submission and collaborative feedback (like Google Docs).

What if I can’t afford a package right now?

We understand budget considerations! Here are a couple of alternatives:
